How many pieces of equipment can I rent?
You may rent up to 3 pieces, one from each list, free of charge for the duration posted as part of your membership. Additional equipment will be charged $10 per week, same as the extension fee.
Is there a limit to my equipment packages?
Currently, there is no limit. With 3 rental packages out for an extra $20 per week ($10 per each extra package), you would likely have more than enough equipment to do most CrossFit workouts.
What if something I want to rent is out of stock?
If you are planning on going in to rent something, we encourage you to fill out this form and with enough advance notice we may notify you if anything you requested is out of stock.
How do I know my place on the waitlist?
We will notify you when you are next on the waitlist and our expected arrival of your equipment. If you’d like to view the waitlist, you may follow this link. (disclaimer: may not be 100% up to date)
Do I have to pay $10 for every extra piece of equipment I rent?
No, you will be paying for another whole equipment package. You may choose up to one from each list for a total of an extra $10 per week.
Why is my membership limited to 7, 14, or 30-day rentals?
We’re keeping in mind that our 2x/week and 3x/week members only work out 2 to 3 times per week, and have thus limited their equipment rentals. This encourages them to rent the equipment, do the work outs in their rental window, and return it by the due date where they can rent new equipment. This also encourages a constant rotation of the equipment so everyone has a chance to keep variability in their workouts.
Those athletes who pay for Guided Training and Personalized Guided Training are given longer rental periods to match up with the programming they have been provided.
How long can I hold onto a piece of equipment?
Our maximum hold time is 4 weeks. Equipment held longer than that will be charged full price for replacement. We expect the equipment to be used extensively during the rental period.
Can I pay ahead of time to keep equipment for longer periods?
Your account will be charged automatically for every additional week you accrue.
What if I don’t want to exchange my equipment? Can I re-check my current equipment so I don’t have to pay any fees?
We understand how it would be a hassle to keep moving cumbersome equipment back and forth. Provided there isn’t a waitlist for something you have checked out, you may come into the facility and exchange something else (something lighter, like an accessory) while keeping your other rentals at home. That way, it will all count as a new rental. We just want to keep things in rotation. You may also email us to request an extension and save a trip.
What happens if something I have rented out is on a waitlist? Do I have to bring it back right away?
If any of your equipment is on a waitlist, we may recall yours once you are nearing the end of your rental period.
Can I pick-up equipment outside of the scheduled time slot?
