Andrew was the Director, Head Coach, and co-owner of Foundation CrossFit. He's CF-L2 and he's been able to run a 1/2 marathon, do a CrossFit competition, and be able to lift 100/130/230kg at a weightlifting meet, all at a 73kg BW. He's kinda there.

WORKOUT for Wednesday 2/2/2022 #13point1 AMRAP 17:00 40-30-20-10 target burpees 30 Snatches – 15/20/35kg – 20/35/60kg – 25/45/74kg – 30/55/90kg In this workout you’ll alternate between a descending number of target burpees along with sets of 30 snatches which go up in weight each round.
