We welcome drop-in visitors for most of our classes. Please adhere to the expectations below:
- There are no pre-requisites for our HIIT/Mobility/Endurance classes. These are open to everybody!
- We welcome experienced CrossFit visitors who have been consistently CrossFitting for at least 6 months at a CrossFit affiliate.
- We welcome experienced Olympic Weightlifters that have specific programs they are working on towards competition. Please email your program to us for approval.
- Contact us for more information about our drop-in policies. Please come in 15 minutes early to fill out our waiver (it’s a long one!).
