We offer an expansive selection of classes and membership options. Our bread and butter Instructional Fitness Program includes CrossFit, HIIT, and Mobility classes, all of which are led by a qualified Coach.
To provide additional options for strength development, we have a Full Access membership that provides access to Guided Training sessions. This enhances membership access to classes for both instructed sessions and template Guided Training sessions.
The following membership options are only available to those who have completed one of our entry on-ramp programs.
For our Foundation CrossFit athletes, we offer monthly membership plans to meet all levels of performance and fitness. All coached classes are included under these memberships. Enhance your workouts with a Full Access membership, which includes all Guided Training sessions as well!
For our barbell club membership, Foundation Barbell, we offer coached classes 2-3 days per week, and this includes a Guided Training option with access to all Guided Training session times. Get the Full Access fitness experience by adding our full CrossFit program to your lifts!
When does the autopay run?
Our autopays run on the 1st of every month. Our store merchandise and food billing runs via autopay every 15th and 1st of each month.
What types of payment do you accept?
Cash (for drop-ins only), ACH, debit, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). We DO NOT accept American Express.
Can I place an extended hold on my account?
With 7 days advanced notice of the 1st of the month, we will place an account hold for a minimum of 2+ consecutive weeks for business, travel, or illness. Please provide us a start and end date for your hold. Late requests will not be honored.
Can I upgrade my membership?
If you use up all your classes in a month, you can either pay the drop-in fee for additional classes or upgrade immediately by emailing us.
Can I downgrade my membership?
You can downgrade to lower membership tiers in an upcoming month, provided you meet our 7-day notification requirement before the end of the month. You must make your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel?
Please email us. We require 7 days notice before the 1st for any account changes or cancellations. There are no contracts. Our CrossFit memberships are month to month.
Why did you charge me when I already asked for an adjustment?
Things don’t always go as planned since we are using an out-of-the-box billing system. We’ll do our best to fix it within our stated billing guidelines. 7 days advance notice is required for account holds and cancellations. It’s a good idea to keep an eye on your bank statements and email confirmations to make sure everything was properly charged. We can make adjustments on the first day of the month (our automatic billing date). Requests for any other adjustments will require a $25 account processing fee.
Can I keep a tab at the gym for other purchases like apparel, athletic tape, mobility tools, jumprope, etc?

We offer discounts for a number of athletes. If you qualify for one of the following discounts, please let us know and we will be happy to apply it after verification.
