Our mission is to help you reach your full fitness potential — no matter the social climate. Despite FOUNDATION’s classes being severely restricted due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are keeping our rental program open so you can continue to supplement your fitness at home and strive to reach your goals.
Rentals come at no additional cost to your current membership. However, to ensure all interested FOUNDATION members are able to take advantage of this, as well as inventory maintenance, we will charge a $10 per day Late Fee for any equipment held beyond their requested return window. Return windows will never be shorter than 3 days.
The items available for rental are in the table below. Extra packages are $10 per month per package. For smaller items, such as hip circles, lacrosse balls, and bands, we encourage you to purchase these for yourself. We have many items available in the gym shop, which you can browse when you come in to pick up your rented gear.

With respect to the current restrictions, we must keep the rentals prompt and speedy. To assist in expediency, we continue to offer limited 2 hour windows for rental on Saturdays, opportunities for placing equipment waitlist requests, and equipment deliveries for a fee.

We strongly recommend using the form to request equipment, as the popular items don’t stay in stock for more than a day. We will recall items and hold them for your next check-out.

How many pieces of equipment can I rent?
You may rent up to 3 pieces, one from each list, free of charge for the duration posted as part of your membership. Additional equipment will be charged $10 per month.
Is there a limit to my equipment packages?
Currently, there is no limit. With 3 rental packages out for an extra $20 per week ($10 per each extra package), you would likely have more than enough equipment to do most of our workouts.
What if something I want to rent is out of stock?
If you are planning on going in to rent something, we encourage you to fill out this form and with enough advance notice we may notify you if anything you requested is out of stock.
How do I know my place on the waitlist?
We will notify you when you are next on the waitlist and our expected arrival of your equipment. If you’d like to view the waitlist, you may follow this link. (disclaimer: may not be 100% up to date)
Do I have to pay $10 for every extra piece of equipment I rent?
No, you will be paying for another whole equipment package. You may choose up to one from each list for a total of an extra $10 per month.
How long can I hold onto a piece of equipment?
Provided you continue to pay your monthly dues, you may hold on to the equipment for as long as you wish. We still reserve the right to recall any equipment at anytime within a reasonable timeframe.
What happens if something I have rented out is on a waitlist? Do I have to bring it back right away?
If any of your equipment is on a waitlist, we may recall yours once you are nearing the end of your rental period.
Can I pick-up equipment outside of the scheduled time slot?
