High-Intensity Interval Training. Our take on bootcamp-style workouts, we utilize both multi-joint and isolated movements with the clock dictating work and rest intervals. This class leaves the complicated barbell stuff behind and pushes your entire body with a blend of bodyweight strength and conditioning movements. If you’re a beginner you’ll have room to grow. If you’re a well-conditioned athlete you’ll definitely be challenged!
The potential intensity is essential for results! The more work done in the least amount of time means the higher the power output. Good output paired with simple nutritional advice should put it all together. By employing a constantly-varied approach to training, with a degree of separation from the functional movements you see in CrossFit/Barbell/Kettlebell classes, we should have a different, yet fun approach to HIIT!
If it’s your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a waiver and meet your coach!
