Both the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk bring speed, power, coordination, and balance to your overall training while increasing explosive strength and power output. These lifts are an integral part of the CrossFit program and dramatically improve athletic performance in every sport.

The Foundation Barbell Club meets three days a week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, at 6AM, 11AM, 6:30 PM, and 7:30PM. This class is designed for the intermediate to advanced Olympic Weightlifter looking to take their strength and skill to the competitive level. A multitude of accessory lifts, skills, and drills, paired with a percentage based strength cycle will help athletes improve their snatch and clean & jerk totals.
