CLASS RESERVATIONS
Class reservations (RSVPs) open 48 hours before each class. Members must reserve a spot before arriving.
Attendance without a reservation will be charged the $33 drop-in rate, regardless of membership status.
Reservations must be canceled at least 1 hour prior to class start time.
If a class is at max capacity:
MEMBERSHIP & BILLING
FOUNDATION memberships operate on a recurring 4-week (28-day) billing cycle and are billed automatically at the start of each cycle.
There are no contracts. There are no refunds once a billing cycle has begun.
Memberships are not prorated. Accounts are billed for the full 4-week cycle regardless of start date or usage.
Unused classes do not roll over and cannot be credited retroactively. Your membership provides access for the full cycle whether you attend or not.
If you use all your classes before the end of your cycle, you may:
Early activations reset your billing date to the new start date.
Domestic Partner Discount
Domestic partner discounts require all linked memberships to be billed under the Primary Account Holder.
If either partner cancels or places their membership on hold, the discount will be removed for the remaining partner beginning the next billing cycle.
UPGRADES, DOWNGRADES & PLAN CHANGES

Upgrades
If you run out of classes, you may upgrade at any time.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your billing cycle will reset to the new plan start date.
Downgrades
Downgrades apply to the next billing cycle.
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before your next billing date.
Holds & Cancellations
Membership holds must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
