Our goal is to improve your overall athletic performance with an emphasis on running and rowing as “skills.” Rather than emphasizing volume like other Endurance programs, which can increase injury, we increase your overall endurance by incorporating short, intense intervals and time trials. This methodology allows you to build your capacity without having to put in the traditional mileage volume of other Endurance programs.
If it’s your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a waiver and meet your coach!
