FOUNDATION BARBELL is a USAW sanctioned club and a USA Masters Weightlifting club.
The Foundation Barbell Club trains during our Guided Training/Open Gym sessions. Team programming is provided for all athletes looking to train their lifts, and individualized programming is also available for those who have specific goals, and for the intermediate to advanced Olympic Weightlifter looking to take their strength and skill to the competitive level.
A multitude of accessory lifts, skills, and drills, paired with a percentage based strength cycle will help athletes improve their snatch and clean & jerk totals.
