Minutes
We offer a free community class, open to anyone who is interested in learning more about CrossFit workouts and our methodology. This sessions includes a warmup, an approachable workout, and a cool down to introduce you to our regular CrossFit program. If you want to see what CrossFit might be like, see our facility and meet our coaches, this is a great place to start!
Once you have completed this class and you’re interested in more, we offer 2 entry options to join our regular program:
Wear clothes you can move in and have a snack to eat before your first class. A bottle of water would also be recommended, but we have water for purchase, too.
