In Gymnastics Strength we utilize protocols and practices to develop better mobility, strength, and proficiency in high-skill* bodyweight skills such as ring/bar muscle-ups, handstand pushups, pistols, rope climbs, etc.
Expect to be tired in a different kind of way: there is a ton of stretching paired with isolation work, not only to increase strength in certain muscles, but for better tendon and ligament development. With stronger tissues, the body is more resilient and injury-resistant. We also have a bunch of fun learning some basic tumbling and playing development games.
