    Re: box step-ups – this may seem weird but I don’t have access to anything I can use as a box most of the time. I’m wondering what the closest no-equipment substitute would be?

      Sorted it out! Time: 11:19 (subbed Bulgarian split lunges off of a chair for the box step-ups in the absence of a box or other suitable elevated object).
