20 jumping jack lunges
40 high knees

20 double squat jumps (one squat + one jumping squat)
40 butt kickers

20 alternating reverse lunges
40 toe taps onto an object

    surprising how sweaty this one got! i use an EMOM timer that i found on youtube, btw. makes things a lot easier.
