    8 hours quality sleep

    10 AM – 4 eggs, yogurt, chia seeds, walnuts, blueberries, oats, brown sugar
    11 AM – black tea, rhodiola energy
    1 PM – cinnamon roll, 3 slices meat lovers pizza

    Wedding day! 5 PM – 11 PM
    Nut/berry salad, double portion: mashed potatoes, root veggies, and braised beef brisket
    1 beer, 2 ginger mules, 2 glasses cognac, 3 glasses champagne
    Can you spell “hangover”, kids?
