CrossFit WOD for Saturday 2/22/2020
EMOM x 21:00
a. 200m run/250m row
b. 10 box jump overs
c. 10 pull-ups
Challenge yourself with higher boxes but complete the work every interval!
Share attendance to whiteboard. Post workout is lower leg rollout and lat foam rolling.

Very well rested after going to sleep crazy early the night before.
8am: oat protein shake
(9am CrossFit)
12pm: salmon, broccoli, and 1/3 cup of rice bowl
3pm: beer and popcorn at trivia
8:30pm: more popcorn while watching good girls (another food TV link)
10pm: bedtime
Friday, 2/21
8.5 hours sleep
10 AM – yogurt, walnuts, chia seeds, dried cherries, protein shake, black tea
11 AM – apple, energy bar
1 PM – 16 oz ginger carrot soup, spinach/tuna melt
3 PM – nut bar, green tea
6 PM – protein shake, tea, protein chips
9 PM – veggie spaghetti and meaty balls
