12 HSPU (or your most difficult-but-doable push-up)

15 thrusters
2:00 rest

    ~30 minutes with a 12kg KB. this was a great one to do outside. [the YT warm-up video was for wednesday’s workout, tho – i may try that workout this coming tuesday] thanks for the great programming.
