30 Snatches
– 15/20/35kg
– 20/35/60kg
– 25/45/74kg
– 30/55/90kg
In this workout you’ll alternate between a descending number of target burpees along with sets of 30 snatches which go up in weight each round.

Starting with an empty bar HANG SNATCH then add 2-5kg ever :75. Repeat until a max is established or 3 misses, then switch gears to HANG CLEANS.
