    Handstand pushups (1 abmat) and pullups (half kipping)
    29 minutes

    It started getting exponentially harder after round 5!! Had to start breaking it down to 4/3/2 rep sets…

    That’s 91 reps each (13/2)x(13+1) and 18 HSPU’s in the ladder making…

    91 Pull-ups

    Gonna start the extra credit and get those bigger arms I’ve always wanted for christmas
