FCF Baseball Night!
Let’s get the gym family together for a night of baseball, food, drink, and good times! The Mariners are playing the KC Royals on Sunday, June 30th at 7:10pm.

How to Spectate (Game Only)

1) Purchase a game ticket with our group by sending your payment ($40) to “info@foundationcrossfit.com” via PayPal and select “Friends and Family” for the payment type.
$40 for main level ticket to the game in the evening – this also includes entry to spectate at Battle at the Ballpark earlier in the day.
2) Show up at Safeco Field to support our teams competing!
3) Celebrate and hang out at FCF Baseball night!
DEADLINE to purchase spectator tickets: Monday, June 18 6pm. If you have additional questions, please contact Coach Sheena at sheena@foundationcrossfit.com

What is Battle at the Ballpark?
Battle at the Ballpark is a 4 person team competition with CrossFit-style workouts designed for ALL levels of athletes! Grab some swole-mates (2 men, 2 women) and sign up to participate in either the RX division or scaled division!

How to Participate at Battle at the Ballpark


1) Create a 4 person team!
2) Come up with a cool/fun name and REGISTER to participate. See website for more information.
3) Train as you would (or extra) for the competition!
4) Show up and have fun!
5) Celebrate and hang out at FCF Baseball night!

We had three teams compete at the 2017 Battle At the Ballpark at Safeco field, followed by the beer garden and the game.

On the agenda this week: the return of back squats, push press/tuck jumps, kettlebell snatches/toes-to-bar/box jumps, practice with the still rings, the retest of “Easy Plate”, deadlifts/burpees/cleans, the wrap-up of the deadlift cycle with a day to test your 1-rep maximum deadlift, the hero workout “RYAN”, a CrossFit Team Series workout, and finally a birthday celebration workout for Moonboots!

back squat 6×5, ascending

100 push press for time. every time you drop the bar do 6 tuck jumps.

Rx = 43/29kg. Performance uses 2×50/35 lbs dumbbells. Post time to whiteboard / comments!

Olympic Weightlifting WOD

snatch complex, back squats, snatch push press

Powerlifting WOD

back squats, presses, and pullups

Kettlebell WOD
– Primal mobility
– Squat and press ladders
– Getup and swing work. Ending with simple and sinister (100 single arm swing and 10 TGU)
